Need help for this to grow asap

First time grower

Hi! I need some help to grow, i have no experience whatsoever in growing. Its my first time here. During the day i keep it outside as there is sun And at night i keep them near a lamp. I have very limited resources as i’m in lockdown here.So if anyone has any idea how to grow it faster please let me know.
