Ok so it has been quite a while since I updated. I’ve been growing the 2 mothers out and couldn’t figure out why they were taking soo long. Since this is a new strain for me I didn’t give it much thought. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks. I wasn’t using my regular fabric pots (since I was low on potting mixture). They have been root bound in tiny pots 🤦🏻♂️. Anyways I rectified the problem last night and moved them to larger fabric pots. Now my timeline is all kinds of off and I’m WAY WAY behind schedule.

trichometheatre I’ve done something like that in the past! I’m a new grower and I think I finally figured out what I was doing wrong in the past; but what I love about growing is constantly learning! At least you had the persistence to figure it out! ☮️💚🧬

Taking much longer than expected to get these girls going but they sure are bushy and fragrant. Really looking forward to seeing this batch in the big tent.

mystrain420 You should check if your RH is high. Rh being to high will make the fan leafs grow wide but make the plant grow slow and it’s a chance your lights are too close. Good luck with them 👍🏾
ryikk Lights are actually pretty high. Never had this slow going with any other strain. This is a brand new strain I’m trying. These are only for the purpose of getting clones from so I can root them and move them into my RDWC setup. Because of that I don’t normally put a lot of effort into this stage, I just started them later than I realized I had to with this round. I will try dialing down the mix though to see if that will help. 👍🏼
mystrain420 Oo ok I get that, every strains different. It’s way better working with clones, I’m working on a mother plant for the same reason.

Slowly but surely they grow. This strain is a slow starter. I normally have more growth than this by now but they are healthy!

Looks like they both survived the planting. Now to get these girls up to where I can pull my clones. Next update in a couple days.

Back in town and the seedlings have emerged from their seeds and been transplanted into their pots. These will be the source of my clones for the hydro grow.
