bean420 Looking at the plant I’d say it’s about 3 weeks old? I wouldn’t suggest giving it any nutrients yet but check your water ph level is correct and then give it a good watering until you get run off. Now leave it till the pot is light and dry so a few days. By then I d say it should be all good. If not maybe start with a very diluted veg feed.
