Had to tell thru the fog but it seems to be colonizing (correct term?) nicely. So like 39 days in from innoculating the North Spore grain bag. Reminds me of the rice crispy treats I used to live as a kid 😂 same consistency, kinda gooey.

gpurps Coming up on 2 weeks since I made the “North Spore sandwich” lol a term I made up. Pretty cool, building it up from the bottom in layers with their refill kit. Already had the tub I made from last run.

gpurps Pimped the setup out a little bit with a new fan. Continuously blows fresh air thru the box. Put and external fan over the hole in the roof to blow in fresh air too. Moved the exhaust fan to the bottom too, learned that’s where the CO2 goes.
