StonyGardener Thank you! First timer but did plenty of thorough research before starting. Hope I’m doing it right. Lol. I got the 1/2 gal A Pot for Pot kit. I started ILGM nutes at 1/2 strength around day 15. Occasionally gave it some CalMag here and there.

gayla_d Look at the trichs with a pocket microscope. Depends on your preference but most people harvest when they’re all cloudy and about 5-10% amber.

aurasbuds Are you using purified water ? and you should probably cut off the larger fan leaves so the bottom buds have more access to sunlight or start training the buds with bending

t.lightning08 *Kinda new to this* but i think you’re definitely flowering or at the very least pre-flowering right now. The Autos will go regardless of the light cycle when ever they are ready. Not really much you can do about it from my understanding. Looks pretty good to me though.

StonyGardener I’m on an 18/6 light cycle right now. Even though I know autos don’t need it to flower, is it recommended to flip to 12/12 now? If anything to conserve energy lol. Or will it still need 18/6 light during flower? Thanks for any advice.

t.lightning08 So from my research i think at this point you’re fine to leave it at 18/6. Unless it’s getting too hot, or too expensive to run your light that long you can really go 24 hours on but most people do an 18/6 to help with root development and to let the plant ‘rest’ at this point i wouldn’t up it since it’s what your plant is used too. On the flip side, lowering it to 12/12 would be ok as well, you will likely get smaller buds and less yield though. Really you could do whatever works best for you with autos and they seem to be ok. If it were me, I’d leave it at 18/6 the whole way through. Good luck!

RawVibez You want to bend the main stalk, not just pull the fan leaves down..the goal is to create more horizontal growth and and an even canopy, plus allowing more light to reach the lower bud sites…IMO
