Yesterday I defoliated all the plants and forgot to take pictures afterwards. This is a day after defoliation and they filled out quick in one day. The temperature and humidity is right where I want it in the grow tent so I’m happy with that.

Another close up of my auto flower. This digital microscope is pretty cool. I was able to figure out my pest issue today and got all the supplies needed from Lowe’s. I did a foliage spray of some neem oil, being sure to not spray my buds, as well as moistened the top soil. In addition to that I added diatomaceous earth to the top soil and created my own yellow gnat sticky pads from cut out yellow folders and (gotta look it up). I also added another fan to make sure I have plenty of air movement. My new plant stands came in as well. I can now spread all four plants out more evenly distributing the sq footage of my tent. The 3 plants that where switched to flowering last week grew several inches making them quite a bit taller then my auto flower. I did a little bit of LST to try to bring those tops to level with the auto flower. Worse case scenario I can put a stand under it now if I need to raise the light more. Overall the fungus gnat issue was very minor, it’s not common to have them with coco coir but I was watering almost every day with a skip here in there so it can happen.

Close up of some trichomes on my auto flower. Noticed a couple gnats this evening when I was watering with nutrients. I’ll address that issue tomorrow.

Plants are looking good. I’m obsessed with this auto flower bud. Got rid of the second tent and Y split so it’s a straight exhaust intro the attic. This has helped better maintain a lower overall temperature between 72°-76°F

What it looks like after removing one of the peyote forums and the bubba kush. Plenty more room for the plants to grow and expand. Auto flower will probably be harvested in the next few coming weeks making more room for the rest.

Switched to 12/12 schedule on Monday, July 27th. The two plants circled are my smallest plants and getting chocked out by the others so I’ll be getting rid of these. One is 1 of 3 peyote forum plants and the other is the bubba kush that I will be removing.

Portable AC unit pushing 8000 btu’s that keeps the closet cool. $100 marketplace find and with the continuous drain I only have to change the bucket water like once a week if that, but I i obviously do it way more often then that.

AC in closet. Ignore the other tent to the right. The exhaust I have set up isn’t efficient enough for both tents so I’ll be getting rid of the smaller one.

Better picture of how I’m running my exhaust. Future plan is to discard the other tent and have only one exhaust for the bigger tent. I want to do a perpetual grow so I’m pretty sure I’ll still run my plants in a veg cycle where that tent is but I’ll be doing it without a tent. The other light i have is a LED full spectrum light so it doesn’t really put off to much heat.

Full overview of my 2’X4’ tent. I originally bought the wrong size fabric pots so I switched them from the wrong 1 gallon size to the 3 gallon size. My Bubba Kush had a late start so I decided to hold off switching for a couple more days. At this time the ballast is set to 400w and I have a 400w metal halide bulb. I was nervous about temperature so I decided to go with an adjustable ballast so if I can keep the temp cool enough I’ll be able to run more wattage. Overall pleased so far.
