HammertimeAZ Do you dry trim?

budog I cut off all the fan leaves then trim the sugar leaves when they’re dry

Day: 101

Help needed. These are autos and I feel like they’re taking way too long? Also I feel like they get yellower after watering, that has nutrients and correct ph. So what’s up with that?

Day: 90

3 Gorilla Glue plants. Taking longer than expected but looking good. Can’t seem to correct the nitrogen deficiency. Even when adding more than the recommended dose for nutrients

piperboy007 Autos always seems to have nutrient problems, still looking good tho!

keithlovesrach

keithlovesrach If it’s hitting the bottom leaves only and they turn yellow and are super easy to pull off, it’s nitrogen. That can be from pH issues, under feeding, soil, or many different factors. Judging from the size and shape of the plant there may be a few different things going on. By day 57 the plant should have much more size than it does. What soil are you using? What kind and how much nutrients are you using? How often do you water? Any other amendments you add?

budog I layered Forrest craft and fox farm soil Bc it’s an auto and didn’t want it to be “hot”. I ph my water to about 6.3 and use a water bottle (500ml) for three plants, so 166ml for each plant. And I use the advanced nutrients micro, grow, bloom and cal mag. I’ve been using the recommended dose, but today I increased it. Occasionally I use myco chum (microbe food). I water when the soil feels dry and the leaves start to droop a little, since I had overwatering issues with my first plant I don’t want it to happen again. I’ll include a picture of the nutrients I use. Please lmk what you think

budog But yeah they are pretty small and growth has stunted it seems like, I’ve had a lot of nitrogen problems with them

Day: 46

Looking good besides the yellowing, have been having nutrient problems I think. And slow growth anyone know why?

alawishes86 Yellowing is sign of nitrogen deficiency. Water plants between 6.0 - 7.0 n top dress with worm castings like 2 cups worth! It won’t burn your plant but will give your plants so much you won’t experience these problems

Splifford L The yellowing indicates a nitrogen burn. Too much N. Switch to just using water for a few days and then cut the nutrient dose a little bit. Check air circulation also.

alawishes86 It’s not too much nitrogen it’s a lack of nitrogen

piperboy007

piperboy007 Could be a nutrient problem you had previously. As long as it aint spreading then your ok. Suggest pruning the lower canopy branches/leaves anyways as they just waste nutrients and dont absorb much light

EternalToker yup what he said. lol happy growing

Day: 40

Why are the leaves turning this color?

combatmedic81

combatmedic81 Probably just a lower leaf that got eaten up for its nutrients , I would just cut it off

Day: 39

How come my lower leaves are yellowing? Fed them the other day, maybe just because they’re shaded?

Looking good 😎

Day: 22

Some of my leaves look dark on the tips and edges, think it may be heat stress or something what do you guys think? But also on some the tips are lighter, thinking it may be from light nutrient burn?

Day: 22

The edges have been getting dark and shiny, any idea why? Little worse in person

alawishes86 Oh shit that’s not good! You gotta raise the humidity or else it’s gonna die! Dude relax. The plant is fine lol. You’ll know when it’s stressed or deficient in a few nutrients

budog Ok thank you, you had me in the first half there 😂

Day: 19

Why is the leaf turning that color?

mystrain420 _@eaegifts

mystrain420 _@eaegifts Not an issue it’s just shaded but if it happens to more lower foliage than I’d say nitrogen deficiency. I should show full pictures of the plant when asking for advice đŸ‘đŸŸ

budog Ok thank you!

budog Added full plant pictures

Day: 19

How they looking? Leaves drooping a little watered the other day, worried they may have gotten a little light stress the other day when turning up the light percentage. Also should I LST different and is it too late to correct?

budog Plant #1 #2 #3*

mystrain420 _@eaegifts

mystrain420 _@eaegifts Never too late to train if they in Veg, if you release the tie it’ll stand up straight in a day or so and you can lst how you want. They look very healthy, lift the pots to see if it feel lite. Under and overwatering look the same with droopy leafs, but since u watered days ago I’d assume they hungry/thirsty đŸ‘đŸŸ

Day: 10

The ridges are curling slightly, any idea why? Does she look healthy? Could be heat stress possibly but it doesn’t get all that hot in the tent a steady 78-79 degrees with about 45 rh

alawishes86 Chill, your fine

Day: 8

How they looking? Peep the meter and let me know if the temp and rh are good. 🙏 how often do you water seedlings at this stage? Don’t want to overwater

Day: 6

How are they looking? And what’s a good rh and temp for seedlings at this stage? Currently my humidity in my temp is low (around 49%) so I’ve been keeping a humidity dome over the top, do you guys recommend I keep it on or no? Also I have a Mars hydro tsl 2000 it’s 24 in away from canopy around 60% strength right now. Did have it on 75% but it was getting too hot, temps were getting up to 85-90 degrees f. Any suggestions?
