King Louis

Start of Summer 2022, 70/30 (indica/sativa)

I have 3 plants: 2 plants are in a smaller 10” pot and 1 is in a larger 18” pot. 70% Indica / 30% Sativa THC: 24% - 29% King Louie XIII is an indica dominant hybrid strain which is super strong. With a 70:30 indica/sativa ratio, it has a sensational 24-%29% THC content. The strain is named after the King Louie XIII of France for a very good reason and it does not disappoint. The buds are incredibly dense and large all the while being covered with orange hairs.

Well, harvested my crop. Although, it was small in weight (14g), I am appreciative of the PUNCH! Rolled a relatively small joint and Lit it t up. At first, I was like blah, but in about 10 mins, I was like oh shit!!! The impact was super high, with an after hit about 1hr later. More impactful than my Purple Haze harvest.

Girls are fattening up (buds) and letting out this beautiful, stank (aroma). Pistils are browning more. Trichomes are still more on the clearer side, but beginning to see some milky and brown colors appearing. I believe in about 1 - 2 weeks they will be ready for harvest (your thoughts?). I will start flushing this week.

Well! Well! Girls are starting to stank (lol) something bad, but so good. They have been receiving Tiger Bloom these last two weeks. The larger pot is further along with Trichome development than the smaller pot. I’m seeing a more translucent to milky appearance in the Trichomes from the larger pot’s plant than the smaller. She might be a week out from harvesting vs the smaller pot’s plant

OrganicDaGrower

OrganicDaGrower U need to feed them. It has nude burns and nute deficiency , but that looks delicious bro.

amsteldark

amsteldark What would you suggest I hit them with? I have some Big Grow. But I’ve been going with Tiger Bloom the last few weeks

OrganicDaGrower

OrganicDaGrower Maybe to late to switch up food . But I go straight organic . And I use powder food instead of liquid . But I brew tea and also I feed turrpinator with every feed/water . Maybe you should switch it up after your done harvesting. I mean they look great. That’s also leaves turning cookies cuz it’s almost done flowering as well so there’s no issue . It slipped my mind lol

Day: 25

Since I’m headed out of town in a few days, I’ve purchased a self-watering system (https://www.blumat.com/classic/uber-classic). Started adding Foxfarm Big Grow and added it to my water bowl as part of my Blumat watering system….. so far so good! Still working with Spring Water (Origin).

Day: 9

Repotted the big girl to Foxfarm Ocean Forest potting soil. Now, all three pots are Foxfarm soil (the good shit). Trying out a new watering brand; going from Dasani to Origin Natural Spring water (expensive, May go back to Dasani or rain water)

Caliban

Caliban Just use tap water. Let it sit overnight to degass. I have never heard of anyone using expensive designed bottled water for weed. That’s expensive!

ig:@eaegifts

ig:@eaegifts Not to step on toes but @caliban I think the grower should get some info on their water quality before using tap just in case it’s lots more than chlorine 👍🏾👍🏾

Peng I am using bottled soft spring water this year because my tap is hard, chlorine is the least of my worries! It’s costing around €2 for 5l and consumption rate of it hasn’t been too awful, to use your tap water you need to look at the water report for your area, I’m guessing @amsteldark’s tap water is as dogshit as mine
