2x4 Auto

Ethos

Third try in these pots. Previous two attempts were too small, and I believe the pot was too dry, stunting growth. Prewatered to slight runoff before planting. Each surfaced in 3 days.

Day: 107

Harvest. Trimmed and drying in paper bags.

angleacquired

angleacquired How do you dry them in paper bags? I’ve heard of people doing this and was considering doing it since I can’t reach optimal drying conditions.

SpacemanGrows

SpacemanGrows I don’t recommend it, but these autos weren’t particularly big or dense, so it works. Just toss the buds into a paper bag, store them in a cool dark place, and I shake the bag a little every 2-3 days. Should be dry in 5-7 days depending on how full the bag is.

Day: 69

Watered, mag and flo+. Removed all larger leaves from PR. Probably giving Upaya’s main cola 7-10 days before I chop it, and let the rest of the plant finish.

Watered with about a can and a half. No runoff, just enough to rewet.

Day: 36

Watered as usual, but was surprised how quickly I saw runoff. Both pots were well hydrated after 3, so waiting 4 days to water again. Drained any excess away and discarded. 😔

60tree Grower

60tree Grower What kind of media are you running looks like coco? Nice watering technique this is what I do and makes for a stronger root system👍🏼

SpacemanGrows

SpacemanGrows Yeah, it’s a coco blend I amended. I normally use potting soil, so watering this much feels odd.

60tree Grower

60tree Grower Indeed coco is a lot of hands on work unless setting up a watering system/auto dripper, but comparison from soil you get quicker dry backs with coco, they grow faster and can control the root development because of the frequent feedings/waterings not saying I hate soil but my experience so far and way less pests issues as well🙌🏼 Your grow and farming is thriving and can’t wait to see your updates. Happy and successful growing✌🏻

Day: 4

Poured about 1/2 can around the very edge of the pots. Soil seemed rather dry near the edge. Sprinkled enough on the topsoil to keep it moist.

Day: 2

Watering every other day to keep topsoil moist. About 1/2 can.

Day: 0

3 days from planting to sprout. Beginning on 24 hours light. Will need to carefully monitor watering to make sure these pots never run dry.
