Hmm, so there’s now a mushroom growing in my soil, should I report my plant? I don’t know if this is beneficial or harmful!

This plant is about 4 inches tall, I did some research and just added some coffee grounds to the soil as well as more soil, bottom leaves yellow, pale ish color over all
