jamies-garden @ 1000 it’s wasted unless you’re doing co2. Take it from someone who’s done co2 and huge amounts of light. Not worth it. Plus; 1000ppfd @ the center of the canopy isn’t the same as three feet off center.

jamies-garden I personally run around 600 on average. I never really noticed a big difference beyond that. I am sure there’s measurable difference but I am not buying more lights or growing less plants. I run 600 watts total in each of my 4x8 tents and that supplies 8 plants in flower or 10 in veg (1-5 gallon pots you can see my setup)

jamies-garden It took me two years to figure out why my front left corner on my one tent, the two plants that would be there. No matter WHAT…. Would be smaller and overall have health issues etc no matter what. It ended up being an airflow issue combined with just lighting and some other small things that add up. It was like a total mind fuck. I was convinced there was something going on like gremlin shit or a really angry fungus gnat queen with a vengeance or something.

jamies-garden I would def move them around. I ended up diffusing where my fan blows over my canopy by literally just using a piece of cardboard in front of it. i use a fan blowing into my room to create some positive air pressure and the fan that exhausts is a lower CFM so it works nicely. Youll have to mess around with it. Trust me, these plants are super hearty but they can be really finicky.
