Day: 81
F26 - Dealing with another calcium deficiency. Doesn’t seem to be responding to calmag this time.

Mystrain420-@eaegifts Considered using bone meal?
lala7mac No, but I wouldn’t use that as a reactive measure since it will take a couple weeks for it to become available
Mystrain420-@eaegifts Perhaps I should’ve specified (Liquid bone meal). It’d provide the calcium while providing P the plants already using most of 🤷🏾

Day: 67
F12 – 34” tall. Hopefully it stops growing here because it’s within 12” of the light now.

sweet Leaf Beautiful manifold!
lala7mac Thanks 🙏
Day: 65
Plant starting to smell. 30” tall and seems to have stopped growing. Timed the flip perfectly because that’s the exact height I was shooting for. Removed some fan leaves down low and a couple up top that were blocking bud sites. Removed a few small branches that weren’t going to get much light, mostly around the perimeter of the plant. Fed 1 tbsp glacial rock dust, 1.5 tbsp all purpose, and 3 tbsp power bloom (all Gaia Green). Still feeding some Calmag but 1/2 doses daily.

lala7mac Cheers! It’s always easier when you’ve just got the one plant to look after haha.
Day: 55
Calling this day F1. Plant height is 18.5”, humidity 65%. Still feeding calmag but no new signs of deficiency. Did a little defoliation on the bottom and middle leaves that weren’t getting any light. In a week or so I’ll do it again on leaves covering bud sites.

Second day of 12/12 schedule. 15” tall, 65% rh.

Day: 49
End of week 7 veg. Calcium deficiency doesn’t seem to be progressing much, if any. Still feeding calmag at near full strength. Accidentally bought the wrong nutrients, but I decided to add some anyways since it won’t burn. Added 3 tbsp of glacial rock dust. Supposed to help with soil health and a bit of Mg, Mn, Fe and Ca. Plant height is 13”. Since this is a Blueberry cross, l’ll wait until 14-15” before flipping to 12/12. I flipped the Blue Cheese at about 12” and it grew to 24”. My max height is 30-32” so it should be fine and I can always LST a bit more if it’s a bit too tall.

Day: 45
Monitoring an early calcium deficiency. Adding calmag and doing a foliar spray at night. For some reason I didn’t use calmag thought this run even though I should have been since I’m growing in coco. Oh well!

Day: 41
Gnats are gone. Super-cropped all 8 branches to begin spacing them evenly. Removed the two oldest fan leaves. Height is about 10.5”. Will wait 2-3 more days before flipping. Aiming for a final height of 26-28”, but this is my first time growing this strain/genetics so not sure how much it’ll stretch.

Day: 38
Topped the four main branches. Tied down each branch. Sprayed soil with some hydrogen peroxide because there were some gnats. Humidifier went a bit haywire overnight and woke up to 95% RH.

hotbox_beauty Myyyy Gawd she thick!! Did you top all 4 at the same time?
lala7mac Yep, all topped today
Day: 35
Began training the for new branches. Continue training the two lower branches down. Supercropped them twice now. Feeding her in a few days and will top the main branches at that time below the 3rd or 4th nodes.

jroman18 Jesus look at the thickness of those branches! Amazing
lala7mac Thanks. First time doing a proper manifold technique. Topped it first just over 2 weeks ago, so those branches have had a lot of time to bulk up.
jroman18 I’ve been tempted to look into and try this but I’m still relatively new to growing so I’ve been avoiding trying it for now. Any advice or references please share!

Day: 25
Inserted pins to train down the two main branches. Never used these before but I bought them a while back and they seem to stay in very well.
