First EVER grow(beginner)

Summer 2023💕

This seed was thrown into pot and forgotten about but now that I noticed the grow I’m trying to maintain and keep it. Please give all advice, I can take as much as I can get! Not sure if it’s really the 7th day that’s a estimate!
