Need help determining when to harvest

Summer 2019

I have a couple of small plants that i need need some advice on when to pull it. I have a kandy kush and a gorilla glue that were supposed to be autos and I didn’t think they really were until just recently due to the ruderalis 5 point leaves. Kandy kush got ate by a cow on July the 17th all the way down to the stalk and 4 fan leaves. Gorilla glue was very finicky on top of me trying new processes such as maintaining. All things considered I’m happy but would like to know if they’re ready. I seem to be seeing a lot of amber but I could be wrong. Kandy will be the first pics with a black photo at the end to separate the two.
