Colonization beginning fairly rapidly with this jar, none showing in other jars inoculated on the same day. Whole bottom and small lines up the sides as you spin it are showing.

Inoculated a grain spawn jar with 5 ccs of JMF spores. Placing in dark room with moderately warm temperatures will check back in a week to see how much colonization has occurred
