Tree Thinkers 🌳 I guess just calcium but it’s not going to do much for these plants except hoping to deter slugs and snails! I’m hoping to reuse this soil though so maybe future grows will get the cal

adders What’s the lavender for ?

Tree Thinkers 🌳 The lavender is for a couple of things. We are using it as a green mulch to help moisture retention in the soil, give a little bit of nutrient as it decomposes (more so for the photo periods than this auto) and to help ward of pests with the smells! I found this method from the blog homestead and chill.

adders I was wondering wether mulching might be a part of it but I never thought about lavender actually repelling pests 😃 I’m on autos for the first few grows to get the environment to a place where the autos do okay or preferably amazing but you catch my drift and then I’ve got a few photo midnight hazes to pop 😋
