Plant growth slowed. Root rot. Not sure from where. I think some roots broke off at stem

Lights excellent distance it seems. Plants honing they what I call “pterodactyl stage” trying to come out of shock and establish a root zone. Lights 34 in from tops 315s PPFD - 109-142 77-86f 23-37%

Plants look good. Lights lowered to 30ins PPFD 75-150 (142) Watching roots. So far still growing well. Spraying with mostly water GC.
