Practice Run
First Grow 2019
2 Budda Berry Pie, 3 Strawberry Sunrise and 3 Glazed Punch all normal seeds started in cow pots. Females will finish in 3 gallon fabric pots. Males will be discarded. 2 in 1 grow tent 3ft x 2ft. Organic nutrients, 600W LED Lighting for flowering and multiple Reglar LED 45W lights for veg. Soil used is soil I prepared 2 years ago when I was growing regularly. I gave it up for a while but I’m back. Let’s see if this soil still has enough juice to make it through the run. Let me know if you see something I don’t. Appreciate you taking time to tune in.

Mystrain420 What kinda light u flowering under?
RollingWithTheWizard 600W LED from Vispar Spektra
Mystrain420 Oo ok cool I was wondering because of the light color. I’d suggest checking to see how much they typically stretch during flowering because they’re kinda small. You don’t wanna flower and only get 1/2 oz after 10 weeks of veg

Day: 63
Glazed Punch both still in veg. And have the flower room booming! Ask any questions you’d like

Mystrain420 What’s u use in your soil recipe if u don’t mind me asking?
RollingWithTheWizard I use an organic mixture of azomyte, worm castings, coco coir, grow stones, charcoal, down to earth nutrients (blood meal, bone meal, langbeinite and all purpose), eggshells (calcium), epsom salts (magnesium) and fox farm soil. That pretty much everything
Day: 57
Plants are all looking good. Everything starting to get dialed in. 3 plants now in flower. In about a week I’ll decide which of the 2 plants left to put into flower.

Day: 53
Sorry I haven’t posted in a minute ya’ll. Here’s a good update tho. A lot of changes happened. Now we have 3 plants in the veg room and 2 in the flower room. We had 3 males that had to be removed. 1 Budda Berry Pie, 1 Strawberry Sunrise and 1 Glazed Punch. So the other Budda Berry Pie was the only female and I threw one of the Strawberry Sunrise from veg into flower. Transplanted, topped and LST on the same day it went into flower 🤦♂️. I know not the best of ideas but this is a practice run so let’s practice. I have 1 Strawberry Sunrise sitting in veg still, in a 3 gallon pot and 2 Glazed Punch in 1 gallon pots. They’re all in training and I should be moving the SS into flower by the weekend. Much love respect and positive vibes sent ✊

Day: 46
Going to start doing some LST in the veg room and the rest are on 2nd day of flower. Their sex glands are starting to grow out. I’m excited 😆

Day: 42
Watered them today. They’re looking so much better than a week ago. Glad I did the transplant but I’m getting low on space in the veg room. May have to top or start doing some training. Let me know what ya’ll think in the comments. Going to put the plants vegging in the flower room to start flowering in 2 days. Now the fun begins. Much love respect and positive vibes sent ✊

Pekas176 Why you flowering so soon they can grow a lot more
RollingWithTheWizard Because I need the space
Day: 41
With me taking them out of those cow pots and putting them in bigger pots they’re doing so much better now. So full of life. So there’s 2 Strawberry Sunrise and 2 Glazed Punch still vegging and I have 2 Budda Berry Pie’s 1 Strawberry Sunrise and 1 Glazed Punch getting ready to start flower in a couple days. Let me know what ya’ll think in the comments. Much love respect and positive vibes sent

Day: 38
They’re finally starting to perk up after the transplants. Gonna wait a week to allow the roots to stretch out in the new soil a bit then we’ll do the switch. None have shown signs of sex yet but I’m eagerly waiting. Hopefully they’ll start to show before I decide to flower and can make the proper arrangements. Leave a comment, suggestion or question and I’ll be sure to respond. Thank you all for tuning in. Much love respect and positive vibes sent ✊

Day: 36
Did some transplants and ready to move forward. There was definitely some root bound happening but they should be fine. Think I’m going to start flowering 4 of them in like a week. Let me know what you all think. Any comments, questions or suggestions welcome. Much love respect and positive vibes sent ✊

Day: 32
2 plants have been moved into the flower room. They’re still gonna veg in there for another week or 2 then we’ll do the switch. The ones that made the cut were Budda Berry Pie 2 and Strawberry Sunrise 2. Appreciate those that took time to help me pick. Much love respect and positive vibes sent ✊

NickYo Looking great! Have you thought about doing some low stress training for that week to two weeks it will still be in veg? If not I would look into it as it may increase your end yield.
RollingWithTheWizard NickYo thanks for commenting. Means a lot to me. Honestly I use to grow a few years back and when I did I would always scrog. So I’m looking to see what a plant would look like straight up under my supervision ya know. Plus this room will have 4 plants in it so they’ll each only have around 1ftx1ft to work with. I’ll experiment more as I continue. Appreciate the suggestion homie ✊
Day: 31
Sorry guys. Was away for a bit. These plants are definitely looking a lot healthier. Research is very crucial to what we do. Craziest thing is that the cow pots website says overwatering happens a lot with them. So just make sure to water as you would in any other pot but be prepared to water more often due to the aeration. I think this’ll be my last run using them. Plastic cups are a lot easier to handle 😂. Feel free to comment with a question, suggestion or opinion. Much love respect and positive vibes sent ✊

Day: 31
Today I’ll be switching over 2 plants. They will continue to veg for a little longer but I’d like for you all to decide which 2 plants will hit the flower room. Please only pick 2, preferably 1 from 2 different strains. Thanks for the help ya’ll. Much love respect and positive vibes sent. ✊

Lyndsey0218 In my opinion these all need to be repotted some of them look very thirsty. But I’d choose the bud berry punch #2 and strawberry #2
Day: 27
Plants are finally standing up and pushing towards the sky. First time in a long time. I’m super happy about that. Hoping I can keep it up. Not sure how much more they can take and I’m not really trying to find out. Again all questions, comments and suggestions welcome. Thanks for taking a peek!

Day: 25
New Natural Farming techniques being implemented. Water is a perfect 6.5. Should be good moving forward from here. Any and all opinions, suggestions, critiques welcome. Much love respect and positive vibes sent.

Vjizzle2384 Nice healthy girls. How many CFL's are using? What are you going to use to flower?
Bird Have you considered transplanting to a slightly larger pot anytime soon?
RollingWithTheWizard VJizzle I’m using 4, 45W CFL’s and I’ll be using a 600W LED in a 2x2 flowering room. This tent has a veg room of 1x2 and the 2x2 flower room

Day: 23
Don’t know if ya’ll can tell but that soil is so much more conditioned now. Added some microbial life to it. Seems like they’re doing their job. Plans are coming along nicely. Going to be pulling 2 of these soon and putting them in bigger pots. Let them sit in the flower room to veg a little more before I start to flower them. Space is getting a little tight 😂. Any and all suggestions, opinions and comments welcomed. Much love respect and positive vibes sent!

FTGrower Wow. Those look absolutely awesome. Great job. Having some issues with mine think overwater
RollingWithTheWizard I was going through that myself. Things are starting to work themselves out. Get a feel of the weight of your pots when you water them. Then when you lift your pots you can have an idea of how moist the still are or if they should be getting a feeding. Appreciate you taking time to leave a comment. Means a lot to me
Day: 20
Plants are taking the new watering schedule very well. They’re taking up nutrients as they’re suppose to. I can tell cuz now some plants are showing nitrogen toxicity. It’s natural fertilizer so I don’t think it’ll do too much damage. Plus they’ll need what’s in there later. Let me know what you all think. Appreciate the feedback.

Day: 19
So far the ph levels are dropping. Still a bit high at 6.8-7.0 but it’s better than 7.0-7.3. Someone mentioned I may be over watering them on my Instagram page. I think that was the culprit 😂. None the less they’re looking much more perkier than before and I’m very happy with that. Thanks for everyone who chimes in with their knowledge and support. It’s all a great help.

Day: 17
Still having some ph issues but they’re growing. Any tips on why you think no matter how low I feed water in ph it comes out 7.0+. Any tips welcomed. Thanks ya’ll
5 years ago
Day: 15
Topped them with some down to earth all purpose fertilizer. Should hopefully see a healthy response. Things are looking good for 2 year old soil. Took some amending but all in all can’t complaint too much. Let me know if you have any opinions or suggestions. Everyone’s welcomed to tune in.

Plants still growing. Not looking too bad. Let me know what you all think.

Bird Looking great! Would maybe transplant then to a 6 inch pot in the next few day. Just my thought though
RollingWithTheWizard Hey Bird thank you for the comment. Means a lot to me. These are regular seeds so I’m hoping to be able to see their sex before I put them in bigger pots. Need to get rid of the males and only have room for 4 plants in the flowering room
Day: 11
With the PH fixed they all seem to be a lot happier.
Day: 9
Ph levels were crazy high on these. Brought them from a 7.7 down to a 6.3. They should start to pick up growth speed and look a little healthier. Not that they look unhealthy or anything yet. Except for maybe the BBP. They look like they’re lacking cal mag but everything is in the dirt. Hopefully it was the ph keeping them from absorbing the nutrients.

Day: 8
Almost all of them above ground. One more Glazed Punch to pop and we’re set to go

Day: 7
Budda Berry Pie in the back. Watering 1-2x’s a day due to the cow pots allowing a lot of aeration. 2 year old dirt working well so far
