Day: 55

The bounce back

Day: 54

Very stressful day for the ladies. I have gotten rid of the male and preformed some major maintenance on the remaining plants. Pretty heavy defoliation of much of the lower insignificant growth. Also transplant them into their final 5 gallon pots. Lastly I tied down some of the taller branches to promote a more even canopy. This is a lot for a single day but these plants have show that they can handle heavy stress. I believe they will bounce back quickly.

Day: 51

+1

Day 51 and it’s GREAT NEWS! 5/6 Females! They have gotten comfortable in their soil and look healthy and vibrant again. Will wait a few more days on the 6th but I’m pretty sure it is a male.

Day: 44

Looking better every day. Hopefully will begin showing signs of sex soon. I would like to have that sorted out prior to moving them into their final 5 gallon pots

Day: 41

They continue to grow and it seems as they grow they are able to use much more of the nutrients in the soil and are slowly turning back to a lighter green. This has me optimistic that the next week will be a good one

Day: 38

A week and a half now in the new pots and they continue to get darker. I try to flush the soil as much as possible, allowing heavy runoff when watering, but honestly, I’m just hoping they adjust. Fingers crossed

Day: 31

2 days post transplant and the leaves are already beginning to turn a much darker green

Day: 29

Transplanted to 1.5 gallon pots and topped all the plants. This is where things get a little interesting. The soil I planted them in was not ideal. The soil I transplanted them into is very very rich in nutrients. We will see in the next few weeks how this affects the plants. Also noticed a few fungus gnats around the tent so I added som yellow sticky traps.

Day: 26

Went out of town for the weekend. First time ever leaving the plants alone. Came home to this beautiful growth. Will move to 1.5 gallon pots soon.

They are definitely growing nicely. Continue to water when soil is dry about an inch down. Seem to be responding well

Everyone is different but I consider this to be the start of veg. Day 2 to be exact

Day: 14

My 5x2 and 200w grow setup arrived and the seedlings are now under a proper light. Temperature has stayed consistently 77-79 degrees with around 70% humidity for the first two weeks. A little higher for the first week when I had bags over the cups.

Day: 7

I was what to get started so I took some short cuts that I would not recommend. I had to order my soil so I had to wait a few days for it to get here but I had already started germinating my seeds in a cup of water. I ended up using some less than ideal potting soil from my local Ace. This issue will show itself later in my grow when I transplant to much more nutrient rich soil. For now they are doing fine

Day: 2

All 6 plants have popped thru the soil. This is prior to my complete set up arriving so for now they are just under a cheap grow light from the dollar store and a pretty high quality led ring light. Definitely not ideal
