3X3 Tent with 2 125 Watt Sun Lights and 1 LED

Wedding Night

Day 140 (Week 20)

106 updates

336 photos

Day: 140

Been curing for a few weeks now poppin the tops a few times a day. The smell is incredible. Gonna re-jar and switch to once a day.

Day: 127

+2

Harvested these guys and ended up with 8.3 oz. of flowers. They smell super strong, they are very sticky, and there is a ton of crystals on my sorting pan. I have a lot of trim which I plan to use on edibles and experimentation. Started working on my next grow. Cleaned up the tent, made super soil, and brewing compost tea.

Day: 119

+4

1 day off....not bad for my first grow. Did a super trim on them and chopped them down. They look and smell amazing. My wife yelled at me again cause I stunk up the house. Keeping the temp at 70 degrees F and 45% RH for 5 to 7 days. Thank you everyone who guided me on this grow. I look forward to starting the next one very soon. I’ll post again for any updates.

Day: 118

Sssshhhh. They’re sleeping. Be back tomorrow.

Day: 117

+2

Trimmed the plants up of all the crunchy looking leaves. Moisture level is right on track for harvest in 2 days. Starting 48 hrs of darkness.

Day: 116

Getting down to the last few days. Gave them their last watering today.

Day: 115

+1

Did a good trim today. Gonna let them be one more day before the last watering.

Day: 114

+1

6 days away from target date. Did a good inspection. Lots of milky white tricomes, no amber. Soil moisture is still good. Plan on giving them their last watering tomorrow before harvest.

Day: 113

+1

Still baking. Moisture level good.

Day: 112

+3

Did a really good inspection today. I did find some amber on leaves bud none on the buds. Overall I think they could go a few more days. Gonna keep a close eye on them. Did a flush today with Purpinator.

Day: 111

These guys smell so good. Did a good inspection and pulled off any dead leaves. Moisture level is still good.

Day: 110

Smelling crazy strong today. Soil was really dry. Mixed up some Purpinator and URB, gave them a healthy drink.

Day: 109

+2

Gettin really close. Moisture is at a 1 1/2 out of 4. Gonna keep let them dry further.

Day: 108

+1

Bout 50/50 on the clear to milky white. No Amber. No water today.

Day: 107

Still chugin along. Gave them both a good inspection. They were pretty dry. Gave them both a healthy drink of water with Purpinator.

Day: 106

+2

I’m thinkin within a week they should be done maybe less.

Day: 105

Tried to get as close as possible. Taking pictures with this microscope is very difficult. Plants were super dry today. Gave them a healthy drink of Purpinator.

Day: 104

+5

Got my 60X to 120X LED Microscope today. Geeeeez. It’s like rocket science trying to look through this thing on a non-fixed object. After literally 2 hours I was unable to photograph a single decent picture. But...I was able to see roughly 1/2 milky white and 1/2 clear. Did not see any amber. Gonna keep a close watch on these guys. Moisture level is still good due to the heavy watering yesterday.

Day: 103

+1

Did some maintenance today. A lot of the yellowing leaves on the left plant were starting to separate from the plant. Went around and gave a light pull and removed the leaves that were barley holding on. Both plants were super dry. Mixed up 2 gal of water with a full dose of Terpinator and Purpinator and watered with a good runoff. My daughter yelled at me because the smell in the house was so intense with my tent open. Good sign. I’ve got a microscope coming tomorrow. Hopefully I can share some good pics.

Day: 102

+1

Letting them chill today and dry out further. The plant on the right is def further along. Trying so hard to be patient and not harvest too early.

Day: 101

+2

Gave them both a good inspection and pulled off any leaves that were dying away. Both of them are loaded with sticky goodness and the smell is incredible. Lots of red hairs now...shouldn’t be too much longer.

Day: 100

Watered the left plant with Turpinator. Right side is still good.

Day: 99

Still doin good. Moisture level is right in the middle. Gave them a spin.

Day: 98

+5

Since the nets are down gave them a spin and inspected the leaves really good. Plant on the left was super dry, right side still had some moisture deep in the pot. Mixed up Terpinator, URB, liquid seaweed, phosphorous, and CalMag, Ph’d to 6.5. Gave the plant on the left the majority of the water and used a sprayer on the top of the other one where the dry soil was.

Day: 97

I think we are on the road to recovery. Took the nets down and did some house cleaning. Killed a fan by accident but I have lots of airflow through here. Drilled a crap ton of air holes in the pots and switched sides. No water today.

Day: 96

+2

Obvious difference between the two. Plant on the right, older leaves turning yellow = less nitrogen, normal for late state flowering. Plant on left brown spots, and losing leaves.

Day: 95

For some reason yesterday’s update didn’t upload. I’ve attached some photos of the leaves I was talking about. It’s only on the one plant. Still haven’t 100% diagnosed what the issue is.

Day: 94

I don’t know if they are going to make it to day 120. The plant on the left seems to be further ahead as far as maturity. I think my worry with a deficiency was actually just normal yellowing from the buds pulling nutes. I’m still just pushing water and Terpinator at this point. I’m not gonna start a flush yet. I used some magnification and am not seeing any amber yet in the tricomes. Gonna check more frequently now.

Day: 93

Letting them dry out today.

Day: 92

+1

Ok. Went back to the basics and checked everything like 12 times. Inspected every branch and leaf, removed all damaged leaves...I know I know, recalibrated ph testers, ph’d soil, and stopped all nutes, just plain water for a few days. They both look really good. Hopefully they stay that way. On a positive note my hands and arms are completely sticky like I’ve been wrestling bees for honey. The smell is incredible. I’m shooting for harvest at day 120.

Day: 91

+1

Wow. The smell is completely different today. It’s super sweet like cake and tropical fruit.

Day: 90

Getting some tea today after a good dry out period.

Day: 89

+2

Just leavin them alone today.

Day: 88

+1

Ugh. This is frustrating. Found this guy hidden towards the back of my tent. The color changes depending on which way the light is hitting it. Super psychedelic looking. Anyhow...the issue is getting worse. Seems to be moving up both plants. I’ve been giving them extra phosphorus. Temps and ph are good. I currently brewing up a tea with extra bud and bloom booster (high blood and fish content). Hopefully they can make a recovery.

Day: 87

+1

Buds are filling out nicely. Seems like everyday they get more frosty. I gave them half a gallon each today of water with URB, Terpinator, and Phosphorus. Still not 100% on the phosphorus deficiency but everyone could a little extra during flower.

Day: 86

They look a little thirsty today. Still really haven’t nailed down if this purple coloring is genetic or some problem developing. Both plants seem super healthy.

Day: 85

+2

Still goin strong. Starting to get some purple coloration on some of the leaves. Need to do some research on that.

Day: 84

It’s tea time. Should be getting the Terpinator today or tomorrow.

Day: 83

+2

Still doing great. Think I could probably trim some more leaves but gonna wait a few days. Just water today.

Day: 82

Still goin strong. Gonna defoliate today.

Day: 81

+1

Everything starting to frost up. The smell is amazing. Gave them each 1/2 gal of water with liquid seaweed and Cal-Mag.

Day: 80

+1

No water today. Gonna do some trimming.

Day: 79

The smell is amazing. Gave them a 1/2 gal of water each today.

Day: 78

Not much to report. Might break out the snips and do a little trimming today.

Day: 77

Made some tea yesterday. Been brewing for 24 hrs. Gave them both 1/2 gallon of tea and about an inch of fresh top soil (Foxfarm), no amendments.

Day: 76

They are both doing great. Still lots of stretching and flowers are getting bigger. Gonna let them dry out a bit today and make some compost tea for tomorrow.

Day: 75

Still going. Not much to do today.

Day: 74

Soil was dry today. Gave them some water with Cal-Mag and liquid seaweed. Did some more rearranging and cleared some small leaves from the bottom.

Day: 73

Plant on the right is finally starting to catch up. Gettin super smelly now.

Day: 72

+1

Pretty much on autopilot now. Flowers are coming in.

Day: 71

Starting to get a ton of flowers popping up. The new filter works excellent.

Day: 70

+2

They just woke up so still a little droopy. Moisture is good, flowers are coming in nicely. Just installed the new fan and filter. The temp control is a bit of a learning curve.

Day: 69

+1

Still going strong. Gave them some water with Calmag.

Day: 68

+2

Got some more growth last night. Weird how it comes in spurts. Did a little trimming. No water today. Starting to see some flower action.

Day: 67

They look a little thirsty today.

Day: 66

I think 1/2 gallon watering is going to be the new norm.

Day: 65

+1

Soil was dry as hell again today. Gave them each a half gallon of water.

Day: 64

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Soil is super dry again. These guys are taking on a ton of water.

Day: 63

They were really droopy and sad this morning. They are drinking a ton of water now. Have them about half a gallon and they perked right back up!!!

Day: 62

Still goin strong.

Day: 61

These guys are growing super fast. I feel like I just trimmed them the other day now it’s starting to fill up again. Gotta break out the snips again.

Day: 60

Today’s the day. Flipped to 12/12. Gonna feed them some compost tea.

Day: 59

Still putting on more weight. Gonna let them dry out a bit today. Still plan on flipping them tomorrow with some amendments and a heavy watering.

Day: 58

+2

Wow. They had a serious growth spurt last night. Soils dried out again. Gonna give them a drink and set up a second net.

Day: 57

+1

Did some defoliation of the under brush. These guys are getting tall. There’s new growth everywhere.

Day: 56

Still goin strong. Gave them a half gallon of water today dosed with Cal-Mag. Still planning to flip on day 60. Need to do some trimming today.

Day: 55

Still growing. Gonna keep pushing the Cal Mag.

Day: 54

Still growin. Gonna give them some Cal-Mag today.

Day: 53

Plants are getting super bushy. Still can’t figure out what’s effecting some of the leaves.

Day: 52

+1

Both plants are growing faster now after the transplant. Haven’t quite figured out if I have some sort of deficiency or maybe the soil I mixed was too hot. It’s only a few fan leaves that look off. I’m gonna hold off on the feeding and just keep pushing water for the next few days just in case.

Day: 51

Still growing strong. Was going to feed them today but noticed a couple leaves have a curl so watching just to make sure I didn’t mix the soil too hot. Gonna give them some plain water for today.

Day: 50

Still growin. Gonna give them some plain water.

Day: 49

+1

They were pretty thirsty this morning. Mixed up some water, liquid seaweed, humic acid, molasses, and silica ph’d to 6.8. Gotta do a little minor trimming again on the bottom. Plenty of fan leaves not receiving light.

Day: 48

+1

They are taking on much more water lately. Being careful not to over do it so checking every couple hours.

Day: 47

Potted up to 6.24 gal containers. Did some more light trimming and added a net. Gave them a healthy drink of plain water. Got some tea brewin.

Day: 46

+1

Did a pretty good defoliation on the lower fan leaves last night before lights out. The tops seem to be responding very well and stretching towards the light. Gonna let them dry out a little before I transplant up. Also gonna brew some new tea today.

Day: 45

Still growin strong. Looked a little thirsty. Gave em some plain ole water.

Walty

Walty Good call on the plain old water. Leaves are really green but no nitrogen curl...looking good

Day: 44

+1

It’s feeding day. Using the rest of the compost tea today. Gonna brew up a new batch. Need to do some more light defoliation. When should I do a second topping?

RPeers I would top now again so you can flip soonish you don’t want the full cycle to take half a year. I would top if you are going to and give it another two or three weeks then flip.

Leland3471

Leland3471 Ok. Sounds like a plan.

Tres4_growsloud You’ve got two nice bushes, with a lot of tops already, I wouldn’t top again, it will give you more tops but a longer time in veg. Plus if your planning on staying in those small containers, you should flower sooner than later.

Day: 43

+1

They’re both doin great. Gonna give them some plain ole water today.

Dukeshaba Nice and even man 👍🏻. You have some of the happiest girls on here lol

Leland3471

Leland3471 Thanks man. I really baby them....constantly checking and re-checking. I want to pot them up but I haven’t seen and roots sticking out the bottom drain holes yet.

Leland3471

Leland3471 Oh ya....and advise on when to do another topping?

Day: 42

Did some more LST today. Soil was a little dry. Mixed up some water, liquid seaweed, humic acid, and molasses ph’d to 6.8 and gave them a light spray. Pruned some of the bottom original leaves off. They weren’t getting any light. They both seem to be super healthy.

Dukeshaba 👍🏻

Day: 41

Gettin super big. Did some LST on them and gave em water and liquid seaweed.

Dukeshaba These are looking amazing man just keep tying down the highest one those two should fill your tent.

Leland3471

Leland3471 Ok. For some reason my notifications aren’t popping up when someone comments.

Walty

Walty Looking good! For LST, check out this video using tape to hold the branches down. They will definitely fill your tent. https://youtu.be/BfWDKxY0vNw

Day: 40

+1

Switched spots. Trying to figure out why the one on the right is so much bigger???

Dukeshaba Honestly man it’s probably genetics. You can have 100 seeds from the same plant and they all turn out different.

Leland3471

Leland3471 Ok. Thanks man.

Day: 39

+1

Getting nice and bushy. Gonna give them a little water and liquid seaweed.

Dukeshaba Those are some fat happy girls bro👍🏻

Leland3471

Leland3471 I feel like the one on the left is getting bigger.

Day: 38

Yum...nom nom. Both of them loved the feeding. Got some serious growth the last 24hrs. The shorter stalks have caught up to the mains. A little adjusting here and there from now on. Gonna give em a little water today.

Dukeshaba Isn’t it crazy how quick the bottom grows up when you tie down the top. Looks amazing brother. 👍🏻

RPeers Looking good!👍

Day: 37

+1

They are gettin big and bushy. Today is feeding day. Gonna give them a healthy serving of compost tea and do a little LST on the new growth.

Dukeshaba I’d tie your top 2 down so the bottom catch up

Leland3471

Leland3471 Ya. Tryin yo figure out how to do that cause they hang way over the edge of the pot.

Macadelik

Macadelik Green garden wire with the rubber coating, or you can introduce a scrog (screen of green) to assist with manipulating the branches to grow the way you want them to.

Day: 36

+2

Still growing fast. Did some more aggressive LST on the main stem yesterday and they just pop right back up. The new growth is coming through and should be ready to train soon. Gonna let them dry out a bit today cause tomorrow is feeding day.

Dukeshaba Bro you leave the lst on it and let the plant grow around it. It’s not something you do in the am and take off in the pm

Dukeshaba But god damn man they love you! They look so good

Leland3471

Leland3471 Ya. I know. It’s been in there since the first time.

View 2 additional comments

Day: 35

+1

Still goin strong. Gave them some water and liquid seaweed.

Dukeshaba No lst

Dukeshaba They are amazing though bro

Leland3471

Leland3471 So, I did some LST on the main stem awhile ago and it popped back up into what it is today. Maybe I need to redo it and be a little more aggressive. Just afraid of snapping the stem.

View 1 additional comment

Day: 34

Still growing. May have to defoliate a little.

RPeers Looking good, IMHO would wait a few more days after topping you will be surprised how the lowers will stretch closer to the new tops

Bagseed420 Around what node did you begin topping? I’m new to growing and I’m trying to see when I should top mine!

Leland3471

Leland3471 I topped about a 1/4 inch above node 5.

View 2 additional comments

Day: 33

Still truckin along. Those top leaves are like the size of my hand. Anyways...gave em some water.

Dukeshaba Look how big the now tops got in the past couple of days since you clipped them man. Damn your doing something right

Leland3471

Leland3471 I know it’s crazy. I feel like the LST didn’t work so good. Maybe it just needs more time?

Tres4_growsloud Looks good man👍🏾 looks like you’re all set up to do a mainline on those girls, are u?

Day: 32

Gettin bigger. They were a little thirsty this morning. Water and Liquid Seaweed.

Dukeshaba Wow man they are growing quick

Leland3471

Leland3471 Ya they are.

Walty

Walty That liquid seaweed is great! Your plants look awesome.

Day: 31

Did some LST on them last night. Seem to be responding well. They are drinking a ton now so watered them this morning. I’ll check back later.

Jv15 Looking good af

Leland3471

Leland3471 Thanks!!!!

Walty

Walty You’re doing great! 👍👍

Day: 30

+1

It’s feeding day. Gave them both a healthy drink of compost tea. I was surprised how dry the soil was. They are starting to soak up a lot more water. The leaves are turning darker green and stems are really fattening up.

NickYo

NickYo Looking really good. Have you researched low stress training at all? If not take a look into it. It will help a lot 😁

Leland3471

Leland3471 Yes. I was lettin them kinda chill for a few after the topping.

Leland3471

Leland3471 Should I bend the main stem down for LST?

Day: 29

+2

I think they put on an inch or two of growth in a day. After the topping the leaves drooped for a couple of hours and then shot back up. Very happy with the results. Soil is still moist so just gonna give the leaves a quick inspection and fill up the humidifier.

Jv15 How fast did it double branch after the topping?!

Leland3471

Leland3471 Maybe a few hours.

Dukeshaba Awesome man

Day: 28

+1

Topped them both today right at about half way through the light cycle. Both plants are looking super healthy with no evidence of deficiencies. Gave them both a healthy drink of water, liquid seaweed, and humic acid ph’d to 6.8.

Jv15 Upload a side angle. Curious on the space between nodes !

Dukeshaba They look good bro, the purple sticks are genetically nothing to worry about

Jv15 Same thing on mine as well^. Good to know

Day: 27

These two are just taking off. Plan on topping later this afternoon.

Dukeshaba They look great man

Leland3471

Leland3471 Thank you. I was actually kinda worried that the color was so light. I’ve seen a lot of plants on here with much darker leaves.

Leland3471

Leland3471 ? for the old Pros...does it matter what time of day you top them at...beginning of light cycle or end?

View 3 additional comments

Day: 26

They’ve really had a growth spurt. Soils a little dry. Gonna water with liquid seaweed.

Jv15 Purple branches as well? I got the same thing going on. Can’t tell if it’s strain related or mag deficiency. Otherwise looks about the same as mine! Guess we are going around the same rate and level ! Good stuff my friend.

Leland3471

Leland3471 Don’t feel like I would have any deficiencies. Just potted up and used a pretty healthy compost tea. Been really critical of the PH as well. Hopefully it’s just the strain. Now I’m a little worried.

Jv15 I think they should be fine because otherwise my plant and your plant look healthy as hell

Day: 25

+2

They’ve successfully passed the shock phase and are liking their new home. Both are about 5 to 6 inches tall and workin on a 6th set of leaves and starting to see some side branching. Maybe I should top them. Soil is still a little moist. I’ll check back in a few hours.

Day: 24

Initially had a bit of transplant shock. I left them alone for a day and they bounced back. Looked a little thirsty so I gave them plain ole water.

Day: 21

pcarver Next time try the double cup method. Easier way to transplant. You might be ready . Does the cup feel solid with roots? Are the roots everywhere in the cup? If they are then go ahead and move up a size. Have fun!!

Leland3471

Leland3471 Ok. Gonna brew up some compost tea tonight and move them over. Thanks for the input.

Leland3471

Leland3471 The cups don’t really feel solid. I did water today though and I don’t see any roots.

Day: 20

They’re starting to stretch and get some yummy smell. Gotta transplant soon.
