Fire og hydro first grow

Clone picked up from the club 10/31/20

This is my first grow I purchased a fire og clone it has a slide white residue on the plant the people said it was to keep bugs off but come to find out its drone keeping the plants clustered it’s a slight mold I’m using a 40%milk60%water mix. I’m hoping for the best right now. Feel free to comment if you know anything to help or just have tips. Thank you
