Disappointing - so first time I’ve grown from this seed bank and I’m not impressed. After drying the buds are light and airy. Smells/taste nice (even with no cure) and gets me high, but there’s no bag appeal. A whole plant went in the hash/trim bag because there was no structure at all. Plants didn’t really have any problems, if anything they were probably the healthiest plants I’ve grown in terms of running into issues. Genetics? Or am I missing something? I’m no novice, but these are probably the most least dense buds I’ve ever had. Any thoughts?

Day: 108
Coming along nice - bottom right seems to be getting some pale yellowing on the top… not sure what it might be yet. Any ideas are welcome Feed PH6.0 - EC2.0
3 years ago
Caliban Likely N deficiency. If you are deep I to flower that can be normal.
CBoX669 Thanks for that. So just crank up the nutes a bit? I’m in coco and using bottled nutes. They get 5lt each every day. The thing is too, the bottom right with the yellowing is waaaaay behind the others in terms of development. Looks like it’s only 3 weeks in.
Caliban Don’t go crazy. Keep the feed plan but for that one plant add 1/2 strength N (veg Nutes) with your bloom Nutes. Should be good. Fade so normal

CBoX669 Thanks dude. Bottom right seems to be lagging behind the others. Been a weird one from the start. Stems are so chunky and thick, and the node spacing is super tight. It’s like it doesn’t want to stretch and puts its energy into making more branches. Flowers aren’t developing as quickly as the others.
stick e fingerz I have one doing something like that too rn not sure but it’s a damn bush 💯

colby_moore What was your run off ph?
CBoX669 I don’t usually monitor the PH at runoff, only as it goes in (but when I do it’s nothing dramatic, maybe a few points more basic 6.4/5 ish). I read PH at the runoff (in coco) will fluctuate and trying to correct it can lead to issues, it’s the PH that goes in whats important. I do monitor the runoff EC and adjust accordingly.
colby_moore Gotcha I’m having a lot of trouble understanding how to get run off in my autos without overwatering them

Day: 69
Feed day - PH6.1 - EC1.9 - back right plant hasn’t seemed to have taken up much water compared to the others so that plant sat this round out. Run off EC is acceptable at EC2.1 - back right run-off EC was 3.1 so that had a flush at the end with EC1.2 which brought the runoff down to EC2.1 - they were also given a good stripping (could probably go more tbh) looking at flipping Sunday.

A good bit of defoliation done today and clones taken - few more days healing time and we be about ready to flip into flower. Noticed a bit of yellowing so I want to get on top of that first.. more nutes? (Cal/mag?) Edit: on second thought, I think I’m gonna let em go for another week or so. Fill up that tent and get the trellis set up

Dooleybudz Nice plants looking good. Could I get the company’s name of your tube heater?
CBoX669 Hi, sorry I’m unsure of the company name, but it’s called an Ecoheater Tube. Or search greenhouse tube heater on Google or Amazon and you should be able to find it, or similar products at least

They’re filling up nice. Gonna flip to 12:12 in another week or two. Feed today (they were thirsty) raised the EC - PH6.2 - EC1.9 - the green bar is a heater
3 years ago
WillFlower Hey just wondering what kind of heater that is? Very unique
CBoX669 It’s just something I picked up at my local grow shop. Sold as a greenhouse heater. Doesn’t get super hot, but warm enough to keep the tent nice n warm
Day: 55
Lite bit of defoliation and feed - PH6.1 - EC1.35
3 years ago
VeteransWithAnxiety What’s that green bar u got on the ground there?
combatmedic81 Looks like a heating rod that you put in a gun safe to keep the humidity down
Caliban Green light so he can enter the tent in darkness during 12/12. My guess.

We’re gettin bushy. Ready for some training (this weekend) and a feed later. Run off on the last watering wash pretty hot, so gonna dial the nutes back by half. Feed EC1.3 - PH6.1 Edit: Photo after training and lite defoliation. Green bar is a heater for anyone wondering

Feed today, PH6.0 - EC2.1 - small amount of defoliation covering new growth sites. Bottom left AK47, I don’t know what to make of the pheno. Compared to the others it’s very short and bushy, but stems are chonky and the node spacing is pretty tight 🤔

stick e fingerz Nice 👍
stick e fingerz Question what is the green bar on the floor just asking
organic_grower Yes what is that?

Looking beautifully healthy! No update for a few days. Last water/feed was 31st January at EC1.7 - PH6.1 - stayed moist due to taking out large extraction/carbon filter (installed 4” no filter). Boiler broke resulting in de-kitting away from prying eyes. (Boiler in the lung room). To be de-kitted Saturday also due to boiler installation. Note to self - girls seem to like the higher PH and EC. Also the tent RH is more stable (no need for humidifier) without the large fan/filter.
