Day: 309

I’ve got a lot to learn. This grow has taken way too long. However I ended up with two plants that came out nicely. Flowering is almost over.

Been a while. Got busy and Stu Ted these a bit. Getting back on track but still a small iron problem. Fairly sure it’s actually a PH issue. Working on it as we speak. As you can see, they’ve grown quite a bit considering the problems and I have applied a screen and LST. Will be going into flower as soon as I know I have the PH not just right but stable. Still some pinching to do underneath as well.

Starting to get true leaves. So I’ll be starting a very small amount of nitro to them soon

These seeds are fragile. I’ve checked about 15 for viability by sinking them in water for 24 hours. Planted them straight to soil as I have everything else. Only two so far have sprouted and been healthy enough to self sustain. Had to kill off two that looked very bad. And the rest haven’t even sprouted yet. Could this be due to the age of the seeds? They’re a year old.

Mystrain420

Mystrain420 My Roswell grow rite now is from 5 year old seeds so I don’t think that’s a problem, could be genetics. Just my opinion but I think the medium looks kinda much for a seedling, I’d say holding too much water especially since the wood chips hold moisture and the yellow. Maybe start a few in cups with extra perlite/vermiculite, in the meantime I would water her once a week to make her root out in search of water

zdgrows37

zdgrows37 Soak in molasses or sugar . Should boost the seeds

Mystrain420

Mystrain420 @zdgrows37 You have a reference for that? I’d love to research that, I wonder how this helps. I’ve experimented with gibberellic acid a few years ago and ethylene but never soaked a seed in something thick like molasses

I hate this part. Waiting sucks. But it gave me time to start new compost and such. So I guess it’s bitter sweet.

Six went in water yesterday. I don’t do the wet napkin. I go from water to soil. Worked fine on my first plant.
