SinSemillaWhisperer420 They work well with the exception that you have to remove them within days if on thicker branches being trained. This is because they will swell up fairly quick and they can get stuck. Bottom line is that with using TLC and squeeze/twist the area on the branch prior to trying to clip em’ they save a lot of time and are very useful for me.

SinSemillaWhisperer420 I’m able to train my girls while out at work, but I check them everyday to see if the branch is starting to outgrow it. Just a slight learning curve for those not used to hst.

medicineman420 What's the easiest and most effective way to root clones? Having problems in that department

SinSemillaWhisperer420 1. Have ur materials. I use rockwool, clonex, pHed water, a few drops of clean kelp, and a few drops of hydrogen peroxide will help some. 2. Make ur cut with a 45 degree angle on each curling, dip stem in clonex or ur rapid roooting, and fimm ur leafs. This signals to the plant to stop developing leaves and work on making roots. I scrape the inside ever so lightly to promote a faster rooting with a shape edge (razor). Damage tells the plant to make roots as well, Place in rockwool and keep it wet 24/7. If it dries it will die rather quickly. I place my rockwool in The bottom of either a solo cup or a Dixie cup and fill the water up to the brim to give me extra time before filling it up again. They drink quick so you’ll have to water a few times a day in a small cup like this. This is where a clone propagation system works best. But I don’t have one right now and this method is working fine for me 3. Keep ur environment dialed in at 80F/65%RH if possible. Light cycle 18/6 -24 hr. 4. Most clones take 7-12 days to root. Mine took almost 10 days to start to show roots. 5. Let the roots develop throughout your rockwool so the root system is big enough to be transplanted to soil. There is no tap root on clones so they are trickier to read signs of over and under watering in my opinion. Therefore, for me the transplant phase can be the tricky part unless using hydro.
