blacksunset Beautiful canopy bro. Do you leave your plant in the dark for 48 hours before harvest? My plant will be ready by the end of the week and just wondering if it would make a difference. Any suggestions?
SpacemanGrows I can pretty confidently call bro-science there. By the end of its life, this plant will have flowered for approximately 2,040 hours. 48 more in the dark ain’t gonna do squat. Lol. There are studies that have shown extremely slight increases in terpene levels if harvested at the end of its 12 hours off, but we’re talking such small differences you could only tell via lab report.

SpacemanGrows It looks good because it’s simple. Good ole’ KISS. It’s an organic run with dry amendments (dr earth), so the plant feeds itself. I just use plain tap water, never ph’d, never dechlorinated. The real secret is UVB lighting. Trichomes protect the plant from UVB. More UVB, more trichomes. There are 2, 2” Agromax Pure UV T5 lights in the tent. Best $80 you can spend in your garden IMO. Hint: LED UV light is not as powerful, and doesn’t do anything. These T5’s are basically tanning bed bulbs repurposed for plants.
