Day: 108

Tri are milky. Tapering nutes to 200 ppm. Starting detox before harvest.

Day: 101

Starting to taper off the nutes. 800ppm for both plants. Growth has stopped and it’s all bud thickening. Some branches need lots of support. The plants are full but not strong. Pistols are starting to brown.

lettuce97

lettuce97 all good, hopefully you caught the couple areas the plant is lacking in, and kill that next run!! and i have definitely seen worse, this isn’t garbage. keep perfecting!!

gummyboss Thank you! These are my first feminized CBD heavy plants. I usually grow auto-flowering thc heavy plants. I’m not used to plants growing above 3 feet. I think they stretched too much at an early stage because of lighting.

lettuce97

lettuce97 absolutely, and know this, YOU ARE RIGHT, that’s exactly what i see here, looks like she stretched a bit early, and idk what nutes ur using but maybe try some advanced nutes (assuming you have not already), and just be patient w her! how does that insulation foam board work too??? has me extra curious, was thinking of recreating this for my veg plants!

Day: 92

Looking great! Added some magnesium to the mix to help with some of the drooping leaves in PLANT B. Otherwise we are well on our way!

Day: 83

B plant is still flowing at the top and some branches. Struggling at other levels. I think the root rot is a battle but I’m pushing through! Plant A is thriving!!! Both plants have needed extra reinforcers. Super unstable to stand on there own. They both stand taller than me.

rykardawg How did you acquire root rot?

gummyboss I’m not certain. I’ve never had root rot before. My suspicion is that it’s been really warm this summer and I grew a lettuce in the same pot for fun. Maybe the lettuce soured the water? Maybe my air stone wasn’t flowing well to keep the bacteria from forming? Either way, I rinsed the root well and sprayed with hydrogen peroxide (low grade). It seems to be doing pretty well in most of the plant after a month since the rot has formed.

rykardawg Sorry to hear that. Yeah imma follow this because I need to know what works for future reference. Thank you for sharing this experience

Day: 75

1400 ppm. 6.0 ph. We have survived root rot in plant B! The next problem is the plants getting too tall. Close to 6.5 feet from base to top.

Day: 66

I think B has a bit of root rot. It’s still flowering. Plant A is still looking great. Moving too week 7 nutes. I cleaned the roots with hydrogen peroxide and cleaned the bucket really well. Replaced the stone and tubing.

Transitioning light to 12/12. Nutes at transition week. Reinforced trunks.

Day: 36

Blending nutes before going maxi bloom. Not sure if that is what is best being fem seeds. They are growing fast! Started trimming at the bottom about 4 inches. Topped and did some stress bends.

Day: 28

Moved to new grow room. B is double the size of A. Both looking great!
