Day: 8
My PH meter finally arrived, and helped me figure out the issue with my current grow, so glad it finally came, I was lucky as it also came with the calibration solution and I got mine in green to match the tent which is pretty cool And in the second picture the black thing hanging next to the light is not an essential at all but it’s a phone holder so it comes in handy doing Birdseye view for some video updates

Day: 6
FERTILISER I have noticed some yellow spots on my leaves and have a feeling that it could be nutrient deficiency so I am going to make an organic fertiliser Ingredients: * 2 Litres of Water (mine is PH 6.2) * 6 Banana Peels * 12 Egg shells * Sugar Side note: I want to add an organic matter containing nitrogen but haven’t found the best one yet so I am still looking but the nitrogen can be added at a later time, for now this organic fertiliser will help will calcium, phosphorus and potassium First I put 2 Litres of water in a large saucepan and then add in the 6 banana peels and a few tablespoons of sugar I then bring the water to boil and stir the bananas around, I only do this for a few minutes After that I leave the banana peels to soak in water for 24 hours The next day I take my 12 egg shells and put them in a bowl and put them in the microwave for 2 minutes to kill of any bacteria, after they are done I crush them up in a bowl with a mortar until they’re as fine as possible to powder I add the crushed egg shell powder to the banana water, give it a little stir and then leave it to sit for 24-48 hours Finally I put a sieve on top of a bowl and pour the fertiliser water through to filter out the skins and any clumps it may have, I pour the water back into the 2 Litre water bottle and that’s it When coming to feed, I take a 600ml bottle and mix 400ml of water at PH 6.2 and 200ml of the fertiliser, mix it together and then mist the top of the soil with it I recommend if you have a PH pen and some up and down solution that you PH your fertiliser water after as the acidity will most likely raise the PH, I unfortunately have not yet received any of my PH equipment (that’s what I get for ordering from China) so I will just have to pray for the best I will only be feeding my plants regular PH 6.2 water and this organic fertiliser and that’s all, hope this helps, happy growing.

ZEDDYspaghetti That soil barely has enough nutrients in it for the first week of Veg. Not sure if you are aware. Definitely going to need to use nutes of some kind
Day: 4
VENTILATION & CIRCULATION Here is my air circulation set up, I have a 6” Cyclone clip on fan attached to the pole to keep an constant air flow on the plants. I have also used 6” USB desk fan and I removed the leg stand from it and placed it inside the top ventilation port to allow clean air to pass through, I chose to do this instead of using a carbon filter set up because 1. It’s a lot cheaper and easier to set up and 2. Personally I don’t mind the smell so I thought I’ll just use a fan.

Day: 3
AUTOFLOWER GROW GUIDE I have done A LOT of research on different websites and YouTube videos and I have spoken with quite a few different growers to get as much advice as possible and I have created a rough ESTIMATE guide from seed to harvest for growing auto flowers, this is going to be my first grow so I might adjust and tweak this during the grow and hopefully I’ll learn what’s best for the grow as I go along, but posting this here Incase it helps anybody.

Day: 1
I have sketched up a design of the inside of the tent with all the equipment I need and where it should be placed, I also made a checklist for equipment needed (I didn’t want to pin these to the tent and damage it so I stuck them to a box with toothpicks and rested it on top of the tent)
