Day 63 from germination

3 auto flowers (plus a clone experiment) in my closet. I’m wondering how much to defoliate? Haven’t at all yet- anytime I read about it I get nervous and don’t try. First time grower and I have no friends with experience to ask- can anyone give me tips on how much and where to defoliate? Or will it stress them?
