Growing nicely. The smaller seedling has finally established itself and looks like it’s here to stay. A bit unfortunate that it sprouted so late but I’m looking forward to watching these babies grow. Thanks for reading :)

Day: 8
Vegetating
1:02 pm— other seedling has not sprouted but I will attempt to replant it later today when the top of the soil has dried out. 8:06 pm— dug up other tap root to replant. Root had grown significantly since planted but it was found in the soil upside down. Replanted successfully without damaging root. Other seedling has continued to grow at a rapid pace (see picture) please send good vibes to my babies!! thanks for reading :)

Great news. One of the seedlings has sprouted 🌱 the other one is still trying to find its way up, however I remain optimistic. The soil I’m using has done me well in the past, and if one seedling can sprout, then so can the other. Send good vibes to my girls!! Thanks for reading :)

bendito You should wait until the first root is about 1,5-2cm
tripwisely They’ve already been planted 🤷
bendito I know, but I wouldn't put such a state into soil. The seed like darkness. Put them into a dark place for 48hrs

Day: 2
Germinated seeds have been planted. Unfortunately, I don’t have a heat lamp or something else to keep them warm in the absence of light. So I resorted to simulating springtime conditions: my light intensity has been turned down to 25% and a fan has been installed, and I’ve used plastic cups to keep humidity levels high around the seedlings, since I know the light and the fan will probably dry out the top soil. That’s fine with me since I plan on watering it lightly as soon as I see it getting dry. Soil being used is Foxfarm Happy Frog mixed with some extra perlite. Stay tuned 😎

combatmedic81 Just my opinion- I would lower your light if possible. I think they are going to stretch
tripwisely right now im just using the light for the warmth but as soon as i see some green pop out I’ll lower it and raise the pots off the ground as well
