Cob led 620w organic grow

First i bought prepared soil mix in Home Depot but seedlings didn’t grew for a month or plus, I almost thought I will loose all plants so I planted 3 more (I have 7 in total) I don’t know know now the name of the plants but I think there Are 2 Girl Scout cookies, 2 mazar from dutchpassion and 2 purple kush(or 3?) Ok so I ve changed the soil for composted soil I’ ve used and now plants look really good, I bought organic tomatoe and vegetable food. so i have one optic 6 full spectrum cob led 620 real watts 3000k cobs, It’s been 3 days since I’ve turned on the cobs and the lights at full, the first month I’ve dimmed the lights only the flower enhancer that are uv/ir +white + blue+red LEDs . So I’m waiting for turning to 12/12 i think a week + more.
