Rhebs Completely raised my yield a couple years ago by not transplanting . Never would consider on a auto or a faster grow genetics seed would strongly suggest doing a side by side grow using whatever your comfortable with root root or what ever plug you choose a few days in a mini vented dome soon as roots pop threw plant dead center of a 5 or 3 gallon pot slowing the genetics by unnecessary stress will decrease your yields by 25 pct
