Summer 2020

Four started in peat pots filled with mainly coir and perlite. I saturated the pots with water, let them drain out then set germinated (paper towel method) seedlings.

8/29/20, fertilizer added every other week. This week yes, previous Sat no, previous to that Sat yes. 1 tsp (heavy) to 1/2 gal water.

Watered by soaking. They did not appear to need watering but I did because it’s been 14 days since previous watering and my going on vacation for a week.

No improvement so I changed light to purple, lightly added worm castings to surface perimeter of plants and watered (about 3 Tblsp) each. Also added a small oscillating fan.

I had led lights set to blue/white and discovered plants to be growing spindly. Watered (mistake) then lowered lights. No photo taken.
