Still no changes to the sprouts... are they dead, and shall I start over?

Plants do not look good. Yellow spots appearing on the side of the leafs. Put the lamp for 24h in veg mode at 2 inches from the plant... way too close. Moving it to 3 feet away. Turning on the aeration on to cool down.

Using Veg Channel of a 600W LED lamp, 2.5 inches from plants. Started adding some seedling fertilizer for the first time today (N 11, P 40, K 13)
