knuckle up I normally let them get about foot tall and i lay her on her side kind of super crop lst β¦ just loosen up the cell walls by pinching and lay her down β¦. But some of them donβt like it β¦.
Rastaman 2.0 @tresodaman yeah I used to top them years ago but they get lot of stress out of it thatβs why I lst only not only autos but photos to I get bigger yields out of them and I can control the strecht if I want to.

Rastaman 2.0 When bending a plant the lower pistils you see will become branches with buds on them. There is 2 ways to train your weed plant to multiply the amount of buds and bigger yields when harvest. One is hst thatβs high stress training thatβs when you top your plants bud if the strain is not stable enough or like s1 it wil give her stress and some wil Hermie that is when they get seed in buds. 2nd one is lst low stress training thatβs bending the plant and keep bending to the form or shape you want . I love lst because the name says it already low stress training.
Rastaman 2.0 If you are a new grower get you some good scissors and make a research on with is the training you are going for and always remember this good training and defoliation will get you huge harvest.
