Day: 43

So in the end the center plant (purple punch f3) is the only one worth keeping and she’s a beauty. Almost filled up the trellis and will probably be flipping to flower once it has that’s can spend flower just growing vertically. Turned down the blumats drastically and seems to be doing good. Interesting to notice that temps have gotten to high 80s and plants live it even with low humidity. Interesting.

Day: 31

Did a bokashi and worm frass top dress a couple days ago. Just tore ups some of the sprouts cause I definitely planted too many. Otherwise happy with how everything is doing

Day: 28

Just topped the center plant (purple punch) which as you may know is clearly a couple weeks older than the two Slurricane plants on either side. This run is going to stake some finessing to get them all on the same playing field. The fun of growing though is not everything going according to plan but instead being forced to deal with unique situations and gain new knowledge.

Day: 20

New seedlings coming along while the purple punch is taking off. Glad it’s the center plant

Theplug What’s you personal contact info so I can ask questions

Day: 15

As you can see restarted two of the three plants. They had a slow start, which I assume was from too much nitrogen in the cover crop. The purple punch made it out okay thankfully so I just planted two more slurricane so this run is at 100%

BigE Very cool. I’ve never seen anything like this before myself.

Day: 7

A little worried about these ladies. Seem to be growing slowly and yellowing rapidly. Only two things I can think of is that the soil is a little hot still or the cover crop is adding too much nitrogen to the soil since most of these plants are nitrogen fixing. I believe I have the blumats set up to a nice moisture so don’t think it’s that although who knows. Environment is good, been questioning the light intensity but I have it 3 feet away which they say is 700 par or so. Time will tell.

Day: 1

First day sprouting. Well at least for the slurricane on either side of the purple punch which hatched a day before but just for sake of ease calling today day 1. Seeds from in house genetics and all feminized. Cover crop has been allowed to flourish before seeds were germinated and even a pound of European nightcrawlers have been added. Did a top dress of work grass and bierkashi when I put in all the soil and planted the cover crop a few weeks back. Here we go! 💪🏼
